The person behind the results

When I am happy at work, I am happy at home. The reverse is also true.

I love music, new challenges, and the feeling of a job well done, especially when it means helping someone else grow. I read and listen to psychological thrillers and performance literature, hike, travel, and have kept a consistent health and fitness routine since last November.

My daughter is the light and pride of my life. She's a squad leader in her NROTC program at CU Boulder, majoring in Physics, working toward her goal of serving as a Naval aviator and future senior officer. I've been with my partner, Ross, for 13 years, and I'm close with my parents. Rounding out the house are two dogs and a goldfish named Stevie B.

When I am happy at work, I am happy at home. The reverse is also true. That is why it is important to me to find the right next opportunity: one that offers room for creativity, the chance to build something, growth, and the ability to make a difference while helping other people achieve their goals.

Education & Continued Learning

I believe in continuous learning. Outside of work I've been deliberately building skills in areas I think leaders and businesses benefit from having on the bench.

In the last nine months alone, I've earned two certifications, built this site's earlier version on Netlify and its current version on Lovable, prototyped a sales dashboard with Claude, and completed a Claude 101 workshop, with a Generative AI course through Outskill starting this month. When I saw a social media opportunity for EverPass's Marketing team, I built a ShortGenius video myself to show them the idea rather than just describe it. I use Grok, ChatGPT, and Claude regularly to become more familiar with how these tools can be put to work.
